2 International Sales Managers


Job Description:


1. Mainly responsible for the development, maintenance, product sales, market promotion support, after-sales service, etc. of overseas (South Korea and other regions in Asia) customers.

2. Responsible for customer consultation and handling, customer demand review, product quotation, order signing and handling, and customer complaint handling in their respective regions.

3. Collaborate closely with internal teams, provide technical support and solutions to customers in a timely manner, and do a good job in customer service.

4. Cooperate with regional agents to carry out market promotion, information and intelligence collection, maintain old customer relationships, and develop new customers in relevant regions.

5. Regularly participate in domestic and international exhibitions, receive and visit customers, display and promote the company's products.

6. Assist the supervisor in completing sales tasks and handle other sales related tasks assigned.



Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, CET-4 or above (proficiency in Korean or Japanese is preferred);

2. Fluent in English writing and oral expression, with good communication skills;

3. Majors in optics and physics, with a background in optical communication and optoelectronics related industries preferred;

4. Proficient in commonly used office software, familiar with foreign trade business processes, and at least three years of international sales work experience is preferred;

5. Strong learning ability, diligent work, patient, good customer service awareness, and teamwork spirit.


1 optical R&D engineer


Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the optical path design of instrument products and the development and design of optical components;

2. Design corresponding optical schematic diagrams;

3. Draw product assembly drawings and component drawings;

4. Have a good background in optical, mechanical, and electrical expertise, and have some experience in designing optical, mechanical, and electrical integrated systems;

5. Proficient in using conventional optical and mechanical design and simulation software;

6. Guide technicians and technicians to complete the assembly, debugging, and trial production of fixtures and equipment, and write operating procedures;

7. Explain the optical principles and repair essentials to maintenance personnel.


Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in optics, physics, optoelectronic science and technology;

2. Having relevant optical design work or project experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with the design and acceptance specifications of optical instrument products, familiar with the design standards of various optical path systems;

4. Have a strong foundation in optical theory, be able to read optical drawings, have knowledge of automated production lines and electronic components, and proficiently use software such as ZEMAX and AUTO-CAD;

5. Possess certain project responsibility, management organization, and coordination skills.

6. Experience in designing LiDAR systems is a plus.


2 optical quality engineers


Job responsibilities

1. Check the complete specifications of the customer's optical components and modules.

2. Determine the performance specifications of components, subcomponents, and components (optical, electrical)

3.Work closely with customers, assembly process engineers, and suppliers to resolve any issues related to performance, qualification, and quality

4. Interface with the operations team to develop documentation and testing processes related to components, subcomponents, and assembly level modules.

5. Train operators and technical personnel in optical related assembly processes, including root cause/corrective measures and defect analysis of components and processes. 6. Provide optical process validation and certification processes for manufacturing processes related to optical components and subsystems such as GR&R. 7. Execute DOE for optical component validation, process certification, and participate in process improvement to meet customer and factory quality expectations.


Job requirements

1. Candidates should have a sufficient understanding of optical performance parameters (bandwidth, MTF, SFR, NF, color coordinate system measurement, ripple), specification sensitivity, and interdependence

2.Bachelor of Engineering, Physics or Optics, Master's or PhD

3.More than 3-5 years of experience in the optical and manufacturing industry

4.At least 4 to 2 years of industrial experience in assembly, testing, and optical testing equipment require experience in optical assembly and manufacturing.

5. Fully understand optical and electrical testing equipment
